{"id":7297,"date":"2022-10-15T12:32:12","date_gmt":"2022-10-15T01:32:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.ses.tas.gov.au\/?p=7297"},"modified":"2026-03-26T17:36:41","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T06:36:41","slug":"media-release-severe-weather-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ses.tas.gov.au\/zh_hk\/media-release-severe-weather-update\/","title":{"rendered":"\u65b0\u805e\u7a3f \u2013 \u60e1\u52a3\u5929\u6c23\u66f4\u65b0"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Date:<\/strong> 15 October 2022 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;While it is no longer raining heavily in the Northern and North West regions, rivers are still rising as floodwaters move downstream across the weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isolated showers are expected to continue with expected rainfall up to 10-25mm for the North and North West region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The situation is being monitored and flood warnings will be updated as the flooding develops and peaks are forecast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is an Emergency Warning &#8211; Avoid flooded areas still current for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Meander River (Deloraine, north of the Bass Highway only, Reedy Marsh, Exton, Westbury, Selbourne, Quamby Bend, Hagley, Westwood, Carrick and surrounds).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>SES advises that if you live in these areas, you should monitor <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tasalert.com\">www.tasalert.com<\/a> for updates to SES flood warnings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u7121\u6cd5\u6295\u9760\u89aa\u53cb\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u5730\u5340\u7684\u758f\u6563\u4e2d\u5fc3\u662f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Deloraine Community Centre &#8211; 2-8 Alverston Drive, Deloraine<\/li><li>University of Tasmania, Newnham, off Newnham Drive.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Low numbers of people have made use of the Council managed evacuation centres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The SES continues to monitor the Western, Dampers, Mole Creeks and Lobsters Rivulet as well as the River Ouse and Macquarie, Meander, South Esk, Hadspen, Lake, North Esk, Liffey, St Patricks, Forth and Mersey Rivers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Road closures across impact areas due to flood and storm damage. Details of road closures are changing rapidly and details are maintained on Tasmania Police \u2013 Community Alerts website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SES \u91cd\u7533\u99d5\u99db\u689d\u4ef6\u53ef\u80fd\u5371\u96aa\u7684\u8b66\u544a\u3002\u90e8\u5206\u9053\u8def\u548c\u6a4b\u6881\u53ef\u80fd\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u4f9d\u8def\u6cc1\u99d5\u99db\uff0c\u5207\u52ff\u6d89\u6c34\u3002\u6df9\u6c34\u6709\u5b89\u5168\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u5207\u52ff\u5728\u6df9\u6c34\u5730\u5340\u884c\u8d70\u3001\u73a9\u800d\u3001\u9a0e\u884c\u6216\u99d5\u8eca\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The State Emergency Service Acting Director, Leon Smith, advises that \u201cWhile rain has eased, floodwaters will continue to pose a threat for some time and it will take several days before the floodwaters subside.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TasWater \u6301\u7e8c\u76e3\u6e2c\u4f4d\u65bc Gawler \u9644\u8fd1 Isandula \u6e56\u7684\u6c34\u58e9\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Downstream of Lake Isandula Dam (Isandula Road, Preston Road and Gawler Road), an advice message is in place to return safely.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>From midnight to 1500 hours on Friday 14 October, the SES received 193 calls to 132 500, resulting in 13 Requests for Assistance. Overnight statistics are not available at the time of this release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5854\u65af\u99ac\u5c3c\u4e9e\u7dca\u6025\u8cc7\u8a0a\u670d\u52d9\u4e2d\u5fc3\u5df2\u6210\u7acb\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u70ba\u53d7\u6d2a\u6c34\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u793e\u5340\u5728\u6b64\u6b21\u5929\u6c23\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u822c\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002\u6c11\u773e\u53ef\u81f4\u96fb 6145 5303 \u7372\u53d6\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u8cbb\u7528\u50c5\u70ba\u5e02\u8a71\u50f9\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u9700\u6c34\u707d\u548c\u98a8\u66b4\u63f4\u52a9\uff0c\u8acb\u64a5\u6253 132 500\uff1b\u5982\u9047\u5371\u53ca\u751f\u547d\u4e4b\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u8acb\u64a5\u6253 Triple Zero\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6c23\u8c61\u5c40\uff08BoM\uff09\u5df2\u767c\u5e03\u9810\u8b66\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u5834\u91cd\u5927\u7684\u964d\u96e8\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u9810\u8a08\u5c07\u5f71\u97ff\u8a72\u5dde\u5317\u90e8\u548c\u897f\u5317\u90e8\u5730\u5340\uff0c\u6d2a\u6c34\u5c07\u6301\u7e8c\u5230\u4e0b\u9031\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5854\u65af\u99ac\u5c3c\u4e9e\u8b66\u65b9\u63d0\u9192\u7121\u4eba\u6a5f\u64cd\u4f5c\u54e1\u6ce8\u610f\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u4e26\u4e86\u89e3\u6709\u95dc\u4f7f\u7528\u7121\u4eba\u6a5f\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u53ef\u80fd\u9650\u5236\u5728\u7dca\u6025\u822a\u7a7a\u884c\u52d5\u9032\u884c\u5340\u57df\u98db\u884c\u7684\u898f\u5b9a\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SES flood warnings are on TasALERT and should be carefully monitored.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u7d66\u793e\u7fa4\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\uff1a<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SES \u6566\u4fc3\u6c11\u773e\u5c0b\u6c42\u66f4\u591a\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4e26\u96a8\u6642\u638c\u63e1\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4f86\u6e90\u7684\u6700\u65b0\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bom.gov.au\/tas\/warnings\/\">http:\/\/www.bom.gov.au\/tas\/warnings\/<\/a> \u2013 \u4ee5\u7372\u53d6\u6700\u65b0\u5929\u6c23\u9810\u5831\u8207\u8b66\u5831\u3002.<\/li><li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.tasalert.com\">www.tasalert.com<\/a> \u2013 \u4ee5\u7372\u53d6\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\u8b66\u544a\u548c\u5efa\u8b70\u3002.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ses.tas.gov.au\/zh_hk\/\">https:\/\/www.ses.tas.gov.au\/<\/a> \u2013 \u5c0b\u6c42\u6709\u95dc\u5982\u4f55\u6e96\u5099\u4ee5\u53ca\u5236\u5b9a\u6d2a\u6c34\u548c\u64a4\u96e2\u8a08\u756b\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\u3002.<\/li><li><a 6145 5303 \u5373\u53ef\u5728\u5929\u6c23\u4e8b\u4ef6\u671f\u9593\u7372\u5f97\u4e00\u822c\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u901a\u8a71\u8cbb\u7528\u50c5\u70ba\u672c\u5730\u96fb\u8a71\u8cbb\u3002.<\/li><li>\u8acb\u81f4\u96fb 132 500 \u806f\u7e6b SES \u4ee5\u7372\u5f97\u8207\u6d2a\u6c34\u548c\u98a8\u66b4\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u7dca\u6025\u63f4\u52a9\u3002.<\/li><li>\u5728\u5371\u53ca\u751f\u547d\u7684\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u8acb\u64a5\u6253\u96f6\u96f6\u96f6\uff08000\uff09\u3002.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A
