Flooding can last for hours or days, depending on rainfall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The main areas at risk of inundation during a moderate to major flooding event in Bothwell are around<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Arthur Crescent,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nant Lane,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High Street and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>William Street.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Properties in the east of the town may flood between<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Patrick Street and High Street, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High Street and Franklin St. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Clyde River flooding may cut the Highland Lakes Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Hamilton, the showgrounds are likely to flood.&nbsp; The Lyell Hwy may flood towards Ouse, including the bridge over the Clyde River. Sections of Hollow Tree Road between Hamilton and Bothwell may flood. Depending on where the rain falls and how heavy it is, Dennistoun Rd and other minor roads may flood and so be impassable for a short time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The maps in this guide show flooding that has a 2%, 1% and 0.5% chance of happening any year (known as the Annual Exceedance Probability or AEP). You are likely to experience flooding such as that shown in the maps in your lifetime. Tasmanians need to prepare for flood events that may not happen often as well as the minor flooding they may have experienced or heard about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if your home is not inundated, you should prepare for isolation plus potential power and telecommunications outages. Travel in the area is likely to be difficult or impossible until roads are clear.&nbsp; If you are safe at home or elsewhere, it is usually best you stay where you are until the flooding subsides, unless you are in danger. If you need to evacuate, you should leave early, before flood waters rise. Never drive through floodwater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8acb\u6536\u807d ABC \u672c\u5730\u96fb\u53f0 936AM \u7684\u8b66\u544a\u8207\u5efa\u8b70\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u60a8\u6709\u6d2a\u6c34\u98a8\u96aa\u55ce\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Clyde River has a long history of flooding, including in January 2011 when prolonged heavy rainfall caused major flooding, with widespread damage to roads, bridges and homes, and disruptions to essential services including power and water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Bureau of Meteorology has records of flooding in the Clyde River in 2009, 2001, 1960, 1931, 1929, 1923, 1922, 1910 (when half the bridge washed away in Hamilton),1905, 1903 and 1880, in all months of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6211\u61c9\u8a72\u505a\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6aa2\u67e5\u5730\u5716\uff0c\u770b\u770b\u60a8\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u6216\u4f01\u696d\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u80fd\u906d\u53d7\u6d2a\u6c34\u4fb5\u8972\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8a55\u4f30\u60a8\u7684\u4f4f\u5bb6\u6216\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4e26\u505a\u597d\u6e96\u5099\u4ee5\u76e1\u91cf\u6e1b\u5c11\u6f5b\u5728\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\u640d\u5bb3\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6aa2\u67e5\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u80fd\u5728\u6d2a\u6c34\u671f\u9593\u5b89\u5168\u5730\u62b5\u9054\u5bb6\u4e2d\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u5730\u9ede\u6216\u5b78\u6821\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6e96\u5099\u4e00\u4efd\u5c45\u5bb6\u7dca\u6025\u8a08\u756b\u3002\u8003\u616e\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u5728\u5927\u6c34\u4f86\u81e8\u524d\u64a4\u96e2\u3002\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1 <a href=\"https:\/\/d2tv960yzi0spr.cloudfront.net\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Get-Ready-Emergency_Digital_7-Oct-2024-ART.pdf\">\u70ba\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\u505a\u597d\u6e96\u5099<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 \u70ba\u500b\u4eba\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u6e96\u5099\u61c9\u6025\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u6307\u5357\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u9694\u96e2\u4e14\u5fc5\u9808\u53d6\u5f97\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u65e9\u64a4\u96e2\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u50cf\u5730\u5716\u6240\u793a\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\uff0c\u6216\u66f4\u7cdf\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u518d\u6b21\u767c\u751f\u3002\u6c92\u6709\u5169\u6b21\u6d2a\u6c34\u662f\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u4f4e\u7aaa\u5730\u5340\u6216\u9760\u8fd1\u6c34\u9053\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u6df9\u6c92\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u60a8\u7684\u4f4f\u6240\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u60a8\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u7e5e\u904e\u6df9\u6c34\u5730\u5340\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u60a8\u7684\u9053\u8def\u901a\u884c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u963b\u65b7\u3002\u5207\u52ff\u99d5\u8eca\u9032\u5165\u6216\u8eab\u8655\u6d2a\u6c34\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002\u9053\u8def\u548c\u6a4b\u6a11\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u6c96\u6bc0\u6216\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u6d2a\u6c34\u671f\u9593\u8acb\u907f\u514d\u51fa\u884c\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u77e5\u9053\u8a72\u600e\u9ebc\u505a\u53ef\u4ee5\u62ef\u6551\u4f60\u7684\u751f\u547d\u4e26\u4fdd\u8b77\u4f60\u7684\u8ca1\u7522\u3002\u5236\u5b9a\u5bb6\u5ead\u7dca\u6025\u8a08\u756b\u662f\u6700\u597d\u7684\u6e96\u5099\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u6c7a\u5b9a\u5929\u6c23\u548c\u964d\u96e8\u7684\u89f8\u767c\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u63a1\u53d6\u884c\u52d5\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure <strong>\u6d2a\u6c34\u8b66\u62a5\u3001\u6076\u52a3\u5929\u6c14\u8b66\u62a5\u548c\/\u6216\u96f7\u66b4\u8b66\u62a5\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u56e0\u5f3a\u964d\u96e8\u5f15\u53d1\u5c71\u6d2a\u66b4\u53d1<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>\u6bcf\u7576 <strong>\u5927\u96e8<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>\u5728\u4e00\u500b\u5340\u57df\u5167\u9810\u671f\uff0c\u5728\u8b66\u5831\u548c<strong> <\/strong>\u6301\u7e8c\u4e00\u500b\u5c0f\u6642\u5230\u4e8c\u5341\u56db\u5c0f\u6642\u6216\u66f4\u9577\u7684\u5f37\u964d\u96e8\u90fd\u53ef\u80fd\u767c\u751f\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whenever rain that may lead to flooding along the Clyde River is expected, the Bureau will issue:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6d2a\u6c34\u8b66\u6212\u2014\u2014\u9810\u5831\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u6d2a\u6c34\u7684\u5929\u6c23\u7684\u300c\u9810\u8b66\u300d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6d2a\u6c34\u8b66\u5831 \u2013 \u9810\u6e2c\u6c34\u4f4d\u7ad9\u4f55\u6642\u53ef\u80fd\u767c\u751f\u6d2a\u6c34\uff0c\u4e26\u9810\u5831\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u6c34\u4f4d\u3002\u8b66\u5831\u6703\u5b9a\u671f\u66f4\u65b0\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SES and the Bureau will issue warnings when the Clyde River reaches the following levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6d2a\u6c34\u8b66\u6212\u2014\u2014\u9810\u5831\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u6d2a\u6c34\u7684\u5929\u6c23\u7684\u300c\u9810\u8b66\u300d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6d2a\u6c34\u8b66\u5831 \u2013 \u9810\u6e2c\u6c34\u4f4d\u7ad9\u4f55\u6642\u53ef\u80fd\u767c\u751f\u6d2a\u6c34\uff0c\u4e26\u9810\u5831\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u6700\u9ad8\u6c34\u4f4d\u3002\u8b66\u5831\u6703\u5b9a\u671f\u66f4\u65b0\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SES \u548c\u8a72\u5c40\u5c07\u5728 Ouse \u548c Derwent \u6cb3\u9054\u5230\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6c34\u4f4d\u6642\u767c\u5e03\u8b66\u5831\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\">\n<table summary=\"It <\/strong>at Bothwell, Ouse, Interlaken and Liaweenee nearby rain gauges can indicate possible flood risks. Given the very short warning times, it is best to act on the predictive BoM warnings rather than wait for flood alerts during rainfall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9019 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bom.gov.au\/products\/IDR763.loop.shtml#skip\">\u5eab\u5c3c\u4e9e\u5c71\u96f7\u9054<\/a> \u5373\u6642\u4e86\u89e3\u5927\u96e8\u843d\u5728\u54ea\u88e1\u662f\u6709\u5e6b\u52a9\u7684\u3002\u96f7\u9054\u964d\u96e8\u91cf\u4f30\u8a08\u4e5f\u80fd\u586b\u88dc\u6c92\u6709\u6e2c\u91cf\u7ad9\u7684\u5340\u57df\u7684\u6578\u64da\u7a7a\u7f3a\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e86\u89e3\u8b66\u544a\u548c\u95dc\u9375\u8cc7\u8a0a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u96a8\u6642\u7559\u610f\u5468\u906d\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002\u5b9a\u671f\u67e5\u770b\u5929\u6c23\u9810\u5831\u3001\u89c0\u6e2c\u6578\u64da\u548c\u8b66\u5831\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul moved for their safety. Think about equipment such as pumps in these areas.&nbsp; There may also be some flooding across minor roads, low bridges and parkland areas. Riverside areas like the Hamilton Campground may also flood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e2d\u5ea6\u6d2a\u6c34<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to the above, moderate flooding will be more extensive. Agricultural land and some buildings may flood to above-floor-height.
