P-CEP \u8b58\u5225\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u90fd\u662f\u81ea\u5df1\u4eba\u751f\u7684\u5c08\u5bb6\uff0c\u898f\u5283\u5f9e\u4ed6\u5011\u958b\u59cb\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u70ba\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\u505a\u6e96\u5099\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u6301\u7e8c\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u70ba\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\u505a\u6e96\u5099\u9700\u8981\u8207\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4eba\u54e1\u5171\u540c\u5408\u4f5c\uff1a\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u5bb6\u4eba\u548c\u670b\u53cb<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u652f\u63f4\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u9130\u5c45\u53ca\u793e\u5340\u4e2d\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7dca\u6025\u670d\u52d9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5c08\u6848\u7684\u529f\u80fd<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8a72\u5c08\u6848\u63d0\u4f9b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>P-CEP \u5de5\u4f5c\u574a\u5c08\u70ba\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u8005\u53ca\u5176\u540c\u4f4f\u5bb6\u5ead\u800c\u8a2d\u3002\u9019\u53ef\u4ee5\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u7531\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5c08\u6848\u5718\u968a\u8ca0\u8cac\uff0c\u7d93\u5e38\u8207\u4ed6\u4eba\u5408\u4f5c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7531\u6211\u5011\u7684\u9805\u76ee\u5718\u968a\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u7d44\u7e54\u652f\u6301\u7684<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7531\u6b98\u75be\u652f\u63f4\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u54e1\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u5c08\u6848\u8207 P-CEP \u6307\u5357\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u652f\u6301\u5728\u5854\u65af\u99ac\u5c3c\u4e9e\u5efa\u7acb\u6709\u95dc P-CEP \u7684\u77e5\u8b58\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u60c5\u5883\u6f14\u7df4\u53ef\u5354\u52a9\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u652f\u63f4\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u6e2c\u8a66\u5176\u7dca\u6025\u61c9\u8b8a\u8a08\u756b\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u9700\u8981\u5728\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u6301\u7e8c\u63d0\u4f9b\u652f\u63f4\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7b26\u5408 P-CEP \u7684\u5982\u4f55\u505a\u597d\u7dca\u6025\u6e96\u5099\u4e4b\u5168\u65b0\u6307\u5c0e\u8cc7\u6599. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u53c3\u8207\u793e\u5340\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u8207\u6c11\u773e\u4ea4\u6d41\u5982\u4f55\u505a\u597d\u61c9\u6025\u6e96\u5099\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u652f\u6301\u6b98\u75be\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u7dca\u6025\u61c9\u8b8a\u8a08\u5283\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8a72\u5c08\u6848\u65bc 2024 \u5e74 4 \u6708\u555f\u52d5\uff0c\u5c07\u6301\u7e8c 3 \u5e74\u3002\u5c08\u6848\u5718\u968a\u5408\u4f5c\u5c0d\u8c61\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SES \u7684 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ses.tas.gov.au\/zh_hk\/plan-prepare\/flood-plan\/\">\u98a8\u66b4\u8207\u6d2a\u6c34\u9632\u7bc4\u5c31\u7dd2<\/a> \u5718\u968a <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5854\u65af\u99ac\u5c3c\u4e9e\u6d88\u9632\u5c40\uff1a<ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/bushfire.tas.gov.au\/\">\u9632\u706b\u6e96\u5099\u793e\u5340<\/a> \u5718\u968a\u548c<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fire.tas.gov.au\/Show?pageId=colHomeFireSafety\">\u5bb6\u5c45\u9632\u706b\u5b89\u5168<\/a> \u5718\u968a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6b98\u75be\u4eba\u58eb\u8207\u9802\u5cf0\u7d44\u7e54<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6b98\u75be\u652f\u63f4\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5176\u4ed6.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u82e5\u8981\u806f\u7d61\u5c08\u6848\u5718\u968a\uff0c\u8acb\u767c\u9001\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\u81f3 <a class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679c\u4eba\u5011\u5728\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\u767c\u751f\u524d\u5c31\u505a\u597d\u5145\u5206\u6e96\u5099\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u7576\u767c\u751f\u53e2\u6797\u5927\u706b\u6216\u6d2a\u6c34\u6642\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u4eba\u5011\u66f4\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u66f4\u8212\u9069<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4ed6\u5011\u4e0d\u592a\u53ef\u80fd\u5931\u53bb\u4ed6\u5011\u6240\u73cd\u8996\u7684\u6771\u897f\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u5bb6\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u8005\u5728\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u66f4\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u53d7\u5230\u50b7\u5bb3\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6709\u984d\u5916\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\u8981\u8003\u616e\uff0c\u6216\u8005<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u9700\u8981\u7dca\u6025\u63f4\u52a9\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u70ba\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\u505a\u6e96\u5099\u9700\u8981\u6210\u70ba\u4eba\u5011\u65e5\u5e38\u751f\u6d3b\u652f\u6301\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u4e26\u5951\u5408\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u672c\u5c08\u6848\u65e8\u5728\u63d0\u5347\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u8005\u53ca\u5176\u652f\u63f4\u7db2\u7d61\u5c0d\u56b4\u91cd\u98a8\u66b4\u3001\u6c34\u707d\u548c\u53e2\u6797\u5927\u706b\u7b49\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\u7684\u61c9\u8b8a\u6e96\u5099\u80fd\u529b\u3002\u505a\u597d\u6e96\u5099\u662f\u6e1b\u8f15\u6c34\u707d\u3001\u53e2\u6797\u5927\u706b\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u7dca\u6025\u4e8b\u4ef6\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8a72\u5c08\u6848\u65e8\u5728\u76f4\u63a5\u652f\u63f4\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u8005\u898f\u5283\u7dca\u6025\u61c9\u8b8a\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4e26\u5145\u5206\u8003\u91cf\u5176\u500b\u4eba\u5be6\u969b\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002\u8a72\u5c08\u6848\u63a1\u7528\u4e86 <a href=\"https:\/\/collaborating4inclusion.org\/home\/pcep\/\">\u4ee5\u4eba\u70ba\u672c\u7684\u61c9\u6025\u6e96\u5099\uff08P-CEP\uff09\u65b9\u6cd5<\/a> \u65bc\u65b0\u5357\u5a01\u723e\u65af\u5dde\u958b\u767c\u3002\u5854\u65af\u99ac\u5c3c\u4e9e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ses.tas.gov.au\/zh_hk\/\">\u570b\u5bb6\u7dca\u6025\u4e8b\u52d9\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40<\/a> \u8207 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fire.tas.gov.au\/\">\u5854\u65af\u99ac\u5c3c\u4e9e\u6d88\u9632\u5c40<\/a> \u6b63\u900f\u904e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4f86\u6e90\u4f86\u7ba1\u7406\u5c08\u6848\uff1a <a href=\"https:\/\/nema.gov.au\/disaster-ready-fund\">\u6fb3\u6d32\u653f\u5e9c\u707d\u5bb3\u5c31\u7dd2\u57fa\u91d1<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u63d0\u6848\u6e90\u81ea 2023 \u5e74 2 \u6708\u8209\u8fa6\u7684\u4e00\u5834\u8ad6\u58c7\uff0c\u8207\u6703\u8005\u5305\u62ec\u7dca\u6025\u670d\u52d9\u90e8\u9580\u4eba\u54e1\u4ee5\u53ca\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u754c\u4eba\u58eb\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u8005\uff09\u3002\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u6307\u5c0e\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u548c\u652f\u6301\u8aee\u8a62\u5c0f\u7d44\u76ee\u524d\u6b63\u76e3\u7763\u8a72\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u7c4c\u5099\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u9810\u671f\u6210\u679c<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u8005\uff1a<ul><li>\u7a4d\u6975\u53c3\u8207\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u9632\u707d\u6e96\u5099\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u66f4\u9ad8\u6c34\u6e96\u7684\u9632\u707d\u97cc\u6027<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>&nbsp;\u5728\u707d\u5bb3\u767c\u751f\u671f\u9593\u53ca\u4e4b\u5f8c\u66f4\u70ba\u5b89\u5168\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6b98\u75be\u4eba\u58eb\u3001\u652f\u63f4\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u548c\u7dca\u6025\u670d\u52d9\u6a5f\u69cb\u5171\u540c\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u6b98\u75be\u4eba\u58eb\u5728\u707d\u5bb3\u671f\u9593\u53ca\u4e4b\u5f8c\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u5c08\u6848\u7522\u51fa\/\u6d3b\u52d5<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u8a72\u5c08\u6848\u63d0\u4f9b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol style=\"list-style-type:1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>P-CEP \u8a08\u756b\u5be6\u65bd\u2014\u2014\u76f4\u63a5\u652f\u63f4\u8eab\u60a3\u6b98\u75be\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u53ca\u5bb6\u5ead<\/strong> \u5728\u6d2a\u6c34\u53ca\uff0f\u6216\u53e2\u6797\u5927\u706b\u98a8\u96aa\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u793e\u5340\uff08\u672c\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u95dc\u6ce8\u5c0d\u8c61\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u8005\u652f\u63f4\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u4e4b\u7dca\u6025\u61c9\u8b8a\u652f\u63f4<\/strong> \u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u91cd\u9ede\u5728\u65bc\u63d0\u9ad8\u5c0d\u6d2a\u6c34\u8207\u53e2\u6797\u5927\u706b\u98a8\u96aa\u7684\u8a8d\u77e5\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><span style=\"color: initial;\">\u63d0\u4f9b\u7576\u5730\u5371\u5bb3\u66b4\u9732\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u70ba\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u652f\u63f4\u670d\u52d9\u63d0\u4f9b\u8005\u4e3b\u6301\u8a0e\u8ad6\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u4ee5\u5354\u52a9\u4ed6\u5011\u5236\u5b9a\u3001\u6e2c\u8a66\u53ca\u5b8c\u5584\u5176\u61c9\u8b8a\u8a08\u756b\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u91cd\u65b0\u5236\u5b9a SES \u5bb6\u5ead\u7dca\u6025\u61c9\u8b8a\u8a08\u756b\uff0c\u4ee5\u7d0d\u5165 P-CEP \u539f\u5247\u3001\u7c21\u6613\u82f1\u8a9e\u53ca\u8996\u89ba\u5316\u5448\u73fe\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c, <\/strong>\u70ba\u4e86\u8b93\u66f4\u591a\u4eba\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u8005\uff09\u80fd\u66f4\u8f15\u9b06\u5730\u7372\u53d6\u4e26\u5584\u7528\u9632\u707d\u6e96\u5099\u8cc7\u8a0a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u4ee5\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u8005\u70ba\u91cd\u9ede\u7684\u76f4\u63a5\u793e\u5340\u53c3\u8207\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c, <\/strong>\u5305\u542b\u4f8b\u5982\u65bc <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bushfirereadyneighbourhoods.tas.gov.au\/\">\u9632\u706b\u6e96\u5099\u793e\u5340<\/a> (BRN) \u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ses.tas.gov.au\/zh_hk\/storm-and-flood-ready-program\/\">\u98a8\u66b4\u8207\u6d2a\u6c34\u9632\u7bc4\u5c31\u7dd2<\/a> (SAFR) \u8a08\u756b\u6d3b\u52d5\u3001\u8fb2\u696d\u5c55\u89bd\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u65b9\u6027\u6d3b\u52d5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u672c\u5c08\u6848\u7684\u6b21\u8981\u76ee\u6a19\u662f<strong> \u5021\u5c0e\u8207\u652f\u6301 <a href=\"https:\/\/collaborating4inclusion.org\/diep\/\">\u5177\u5099\u8eab\u5fc3\u969c\u7919\u5305\u5bb9\u6027\u7684\u61c9\u6025\u898f\u5283<\/a><\/strong>,
