The maps show where a flood is likely to reach. The darker blue areas are the most likely to flood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on the timing of the flood peak and tides, levels can vary somewhat from those shown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a major flood, roads in and around West Ulverstone will be cut before some areas are flooded. If you need to evacuate, you should leave early, before flood waters rise. Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/alert.tas.gov.au\/\">\u5854\u65af\u8b66\u5831<\/a>&nbsp;\u6216\u6536\u807d ABC \u5730\u65b9\u96fb\u53f0\u7372\u53d6\u8b66\u544a\u548c\u5efa\u8b70\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6d2a\u6c34\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u60a8\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\u8207\u5916\u754c\u9694\u96e2\u6578\u5929\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u60a8\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\u6c92\u6709\u88ab\u6df9\u6c92\uff0c\u60a8\u5728\u9700\u8981\u6642\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u7121\u6cd5\u7372\u5f97\u5354\u52a9\u3002\u60a8\u61c9\u5099\u6709\u81f3\u5c11\u4e09\u5929\u7684\u7269\u8cc7\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u505c\u96fb\u548c\u96fb\u4fe1\u4e2d\u65b7\u505a\u597d\u6e96\u5099\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u60a8\u6709\u6d2a\u6c34\u98a8\u96aa\u55ce\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Past recent flooding events around West Ulverstone include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>June 2016 \u2013 Some businesses were flooded upstream and there was significant damage to public infrastructure including roads and bridges. In West Ulverstone there was significant inundation of Lobster Creek Road, Allison Bridge and car parking areas near the Ulverstone Sport &amp; Leisure Centre. Boating infrastructure and training walls were badly damaged in Ulverstone &amp; West Ulverstone. 2016 was the biggest flood in recent times, but significantly worse floods are likely to occur in West Ulverstone in future.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>October 2022 \u2013 Whilst areas in the lower Leven River largely escaped damage, several residences were isolated when Lobster Creek Road flooded.&nbsp; Areas further upstream in Gunns Plains and Loongana suffered significant damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check the map to see whether your home or business could flood or be isolated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6aa2\u67e5\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u80fd\u5728\u6d2a\u6c34\u671f\u9593\u5b89\u5168\u5730\u62b5\u9054\u5bb6\u4e2d\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u5730\u9ede\u6216\u5b78\u6821\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6e96\u5099\u5bb6\u5ead\u7dca\u6025\u61c9\u8b8a\u8a08\u756b\u3002\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1 your business and stock.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you will be isolated you may need to evacuate early.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8a55\u4f30\u60a8\u7684\u4f4f\u5bb6\u6216\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4e26\u505a\u597d\u6e96\u5099\u4ee5\u76e1\u91cf\u6e1b\u5c11\u6f5b\u5728\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\u640d\u5bb3\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you are camping in a flood prone area, make sure you stay informed and move to higher ground early if a flood is likely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u50cf\u5730\u5716\u6240\u793a\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u66f4\u7cdf\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\u5c07\u6703\u518d\u6b21\u767c\u751f\u3002\u6c92\u6709\u5169\u5834\u6d2a\u6c34\u662f\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u4f4f\u5728\u4f4e\u7aaa\u5730\u5340\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u6df9\u6c92\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u60a8\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u7e5e\u904e\u6df9\u6c34\u5340\u57df\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u60a8\u7684\u9053\u8def\u901a\u884c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u53d7\u963b\u3002\u5207\u52ff\u958b\u8eca\u9032\u5165\u6216\u5f9c\u5f89\u65bc\u6d2a\u6c34\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002\u9053\u8def\u548c\u6a4b\u6a11\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u6c96\u6bc0\u6216\u8b8a\u5f97\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u77e5\u9053\u8a72\u600e\u9ebc\u505a\u53ef\u4ee5\u62ef\u6551\u4f60\u7684\u751f\u547d\u4e26\u4fdd\u8b77\u4f60\u7684\u8ca1\u7522\u3002\u5236\u5b9a\u5bb6\u5ead\u7dca\u6025\u8a08\u756b\u662f\u6700\u597d\u7684\u6e96\u5099\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u6c7a\u5b9a\u5929\u6c23\u548c\u964d\u96e8\u7684\u89f8\u767c\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u63a1\u53d6\u884c\u52d5\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-heading\">Forecasts, Warnings, and Observations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e2d\u592e\u6c23\u8c61\u5c40\uff08\u672c\u5c40\uff09\u5728\u9810\u6e2c\u7684\u5929\u6c23\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u4e00\u5169\u5929\u5167\u5f15\u767c\u6d2a\u6c34\u6642\uff0c\u6703\u767c\u5e03\u6d2a\u6c34\u8b66\u6212\u3002\u6d2a\u6c34\u8b66\u6212\u53ef\u80fd\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u7279\u5b9a\u5340\u57df\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u897f\u5317\u6d77\u5cb8\u9810\u5831\u5340\uff0c\u6216<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u53ef\u63a8\u5ee3\u81f3\u897f\u5317\u6cb3\u6d41\u57df\u7b49<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6c23\u8c61\u5c40\u767c\u5e03\u8c6a\u96e8\u7279\u5831\uff0c\u7576\u9810\u5831\u6216\u89c0\u6e2c\u5230\u7684\u5929\u6c23\u53ef\u80fd\u5f15\u767c\u5c71\u6d2a\u66b4\u767c\u6642\uff0c\u5373\u53ef\u80fd\u767c\u5e03\u8c6a\u96e8\u7279\u5831\u3002\u8c6a\u96e8\u7279\u5831\u53ef\u80fd\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>be for a specific area such as Ulverstone and surrounds; or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be &nbsp;generalized, &nbsp;such as North West Coast between Burnie and Port Sorell and north of a line from Ridgley to Elizabeth Town.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Bureau of Meteorology does not provide a specific flood warning for the Leven River.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u964d\u96e8\u76e3\u6e2c\u8207\u89c0\u6e2c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whilst the Leven River catchment has no sub-daily Bureau of Meteorology rainfall stations, rainfall in surrounding areas can provide a good idea of what rain is falling in the upper catchment of the Leven River.&nbsp; Rainfall at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hydro.com.au\/water\/rainfall\/GetRainfallDataFile?filename=Web_Rain_FORTH.pdf\">Lake Gardiner<\/a> \u548c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hydro.com.au\/water\/rainfall\/GetRainfallDataFile?filename=Web_Rain_NORTHWEST.pdf\">\u83ef\u52d2\u6cf0<\/a> can be monitored on the Hydro Tasmania website. Rainfall at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bom.gov.au\/products\/IDT60801\/IDT60801.94955.shtml\">Sheffield<\/a> can be monitored on the Bureau website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u897f\u5317\u5854\u65af\u99ac\u5c3c\u4e9e\uff08\u897f\u5854\u79d1\u5167\uff09\u96f7\u9054\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u4e86\u89e3\u5f37\u964d\u96e8\u7684\u767c\u751f\u5730\u9ede\u3002\u96f7\u9054\u964d\u96e8\u91cf\u4f30\u8a08\u53ef\u4ee5\u586b\u88dc\u6c92\u6709\u96e8\u91cf\u7ad9\u7684\u5730\u5340\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u7a7a\u7f3a\u3002\u524d\u5f80\uff1a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bom.gov.au\/products\/IDR523.loop.shtml\">http:\/\/www.bom.gov.au\/products\/IDR523.loop.shtml<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SES will issue flood warnings on <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/alert.tas.gov.au\/?list=warnings\"><strong>tasalert.com<\/strong><\/a><strong> based on forecasts from the Bureau in line with the Australian Warning System.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-1 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:100%\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-6832\" style=\"width: 60px;\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e86\u89e3\u4f60\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u505a\u597d\u6e96\u5099\uff0c\u76e1\u53ef\u80fd\u964d\u4f4e\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u8207\u4ed6\u4eba\u806f\u7e6b\uff0c\u4fdd\u6301\u8b66\u60d5\u4e26\u5b89\u5168\u884c\u52d5\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6d2a\u6c34\u4e4b\u524d<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. \u8a8d\u8b58\u4f60\u7684\u98a8\u96aa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5854\u65af\u99ac\u5c3c\u4e9e\u7d93\u5e38\u767c\u751f\u6d2a\u6c34\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u9020\u6210\u5ee3\u6cdb\u4e14\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u640d\u5bb3\u3002\u5728\u904e\u53bb 200 \u5e74\u88e1\uff0c\u5854\u65af\u99ac\u5c3c\u4e9e\u6709 78 \u4eba\u6b7b\u65bc\u8207\u6d2a\u6c34\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3002\u672c\u6307\u5357\u65e8\u5728\u5e6b\u52a9\u60a8\u4e86\u89e3\u60a8\u6240\u5728\u5730\u5340\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\u98a8\u96aa\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. \u6e96\u5099\u60a8\u7684\u5bb6\u6236<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading
