href=\"https:\/\/www.ses.tas.gov.au\/zh_hk\/floodmaps\/\">\u67e5\u770b\u5854\u65af\u99ac\u5c3c\u4e9e\u7b56\u7565\u6027\u6d2a\u6c34\u5716<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u76e7\u6bd4\u5b54\u6cb3\u767c\u751f\u56b4\u91cd\u6d2a\u6c34\uff0c\u6cb3\u5cb8\u9644\u8fd1\u7684\u4f4e\u7aaa\u5730\u5340\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u6df9\u6c92\u3002\u6d2a\u6c34\u6709\u6642\u6703\u4e2d\u65b7\u9053\u8def\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u8c9d\u65af\u516c\u8def\uff0c\u4f0a\u8389\u838e\u767d\u93ae\u9644\u8fd1<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7d22\u96f7\u5c14\u6e2f\u8def\uff0c\u548c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u50cfRice Street\u548cSeabreeze Avenue\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u672c\u5730\u8857\u9053\u5728\u597d\u5e7e\u500b\u5730\u65b9\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u82e5\u7576\u5730\u6709\u5f37\u964d\u96e8\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u5340\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u56e0\u7576\u5730\u6c34\u9053\u800c\u767c\u751f\u5c71\u6d2a\u66b4\u767c\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u5e15\u7d0d\u5854\u7d0d\u6eaa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5e15\u5ea6\u6eaa\uff0c\u548c<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5bcc\u862d\u514b\u6797\u6eaa.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5728\u7a81\u767c\u6027\u6d2a\u6c34\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u60a8\u4e0d\u80fd\u50c5\u4f9d\u9760\u6cb3\u6d41\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\u8b66\u5831\uff0c\u53ea\u80fd\u4f9d\u9760\u5927\u96e8\u6216\u60e1\u52a3\u5929\u6c23\u7684\u9810\u5831\u3002\u4e0d\u5c0b\u5e38\u7684\u6f32\u6f6e\u548c\u98a8\u66b4\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u589e\u52a0\u6e2f\u53e3\u7d22\u96f7\u723e\u6c34\u9053\u5468\u570d\u4f4e\u7aaa\u5730\u5340\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\u98a8\u96aa\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u672c\u6307\u5357\u4e2d\u7684\u5730\u5716\u986f\u793a\u4e86\u6bcf\u5e74\u6709% \u6a5f\u7387\u767c\u751f\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\u6c34\u4f4d\u3002\u60a8\u5728\u6709\u751f\u4e4b\u5e74\u5f88\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u7d93\u6b77\u5730\u5716\u6240\u793a\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\u3002\u5854\u65af\u99ac\u5c3c\u4e9e\u4eba\u9700\u8981\u70ba\u4e0d\u5e38\u767c\u751f\u4f46\u53ef\u80fd\u767c\u751f\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ed6\u5011\u53ef\u80fd\u5df2\u7d93\u7d93\u6b77\u904e\u7684\u8f15\u5fae\u6d2a\u6c34\u505a\u597d\u6e96\u5099\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5373\u4f7f\u60a8\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\u6c92\u6709\u88ab\u6df9\u6c92\uff0c\u60a8\u4e5f\u61c9\u8a72\u70ba\u8207\u4e16\u9694\u7d55\u4ee5\u53ca\u6f5b\u5728\u7684\u96fb\u529b\u548c\u96fb\u4fe1\u4e2d\u65b7\u505a\u597d\u6e96\u5099\u3002\u6839\u64da\u964d\u96e8\u5730\u9ede\u548c\u5f37\u5ea6\uff0c\u8a72\u5730\u5340\u7684\u9053\u8def\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u7121\u6cd5\u901a\u884c\u3002\u5728\u9053\u8def\u66a2\u901a\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u8a72\u5730\u5340\u7684\u4ea4\u901a\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u975e\u5e38\u56f0\u96e3\u751a\u81f3\u4e0d\u53ef\u80fd\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u5bb6\u4e2d\u6216\u4ed6\u8655\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u6709\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u901a\u5e38\u6700\u597d\u7559\u5728\u539f\u5730\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u6d2a\u6c34\u9000\u53bb\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u64a4\u96e2\uff0c\u61c9\u53ca\u65e9\u96e2\u958b\uff0c\u5728\u6d2a\u6c34\u4f86\u81e8\u524d\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u8acb\u6536\u807d ABC \u5730\u65b9\u96fb\u53f0 91.7FM \u7372\u53d6\u8b66\u544a\u548c\u5efa\u8b70\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u60a8\u6709\u6d2a\u6c34\u98a8\u96aa\u55ce\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u76e7\u6bd4\u5b54\u6cb3\u66fe\u6709\u6c3e\u6feb\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\uff0c\u6700\u8fd1\u4e00\u6b21\u7684\u6c3e\u6feb\u5f71\u97ff\u53ef\u8ffd\u6eaf\u81f3 2022 \u5e74\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6211\u61c9\u8a72\u505a\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6aa2\u67e5\u5730\u5716\uff0c\u770b\u770b\u60a8\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u6216\u4f01\u696d\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u80fd\u906d\u53d7\u6d2a\u6c34\u4fb5\u8972\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u8a55\u4f30\u60a8\u7684\u4f4f\u5bb6\u6216\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4e26\u505a\u597d\u6e96\u5099\u4ee5\u76e1\u91cf\u6e1b\u5c11\u6f5b\u5728\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\u640d\u5bb3\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6aa2\u67e5\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u80fd\u5728\u6d2a\u6c34\u671f\u9593\u5b89\u5168\u5730\u62b5\u9054\u5bb6\u4e2d\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u5730\u9ede\u6216\u5b78\u6821\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6e96\u5099\u4e00\u4efd\u5c45\u5bb6\u7dca\u6025\u8a08\u756b\u3002\u8003\u616e\u662f\u5426\u9700\u8981\u5728\u5927\u6c34\u4f86\u81e8\u524d\u64a4\u96e2\u3002\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/d2tv960yzi0spr.cloudfront.net\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Get-Ready-Emergency_Digital_7-Oct-2024-ART.pdf\">\u70ba\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\u505a\u597d\u6e96\u5099<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 \u70ba\u500b\u4eba\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u6e96\u5099\u61c9\u6025\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u6307\u5357\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u4f60\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u9694\u96e2\u4e14\u5fc5\u9808\u53d6\u5f97\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u63d0\u65e9\u64a4\u96e2\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure <strong>\u6d2a\u6c34\u8b66\u62a5\u3001\u6076\u52a3\u5929\u6c14\u8b66\u62a5\u548c\/\u6216\u96f7\u66b4\u8b66\u62a5\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u56e0\u5f3a\u964d\u96e8\u5f15\u53d1\u5c71\u6d2a\u66b4\u53d1 <\/strong>\u6bcf\u7576 <strong>\u5927\u96e8 <\/strong>\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5728\u67d0\u500b\u5340\u57df\u51fa\u73fe\u3002\u5f9e\u767c\u5e03\u9810\u8b66\u5230\u8c6a\u96e8\u767c\u751f\u7684\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5f9e\u4e00\u5c0f\u6642\u5230\u4e8c\u5341\u56db\u5c0f\u6642\u4e0d\u7b49\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7576\u9810\u671f\u6703\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u9b6f\u6bd4\u5b54\u6cb3\uff08Rubicon River\uff09\u767c\u751f\u6d2a\u6c34\u6642\uff0c\u8a72\u5c40\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u767c\u5e03\u6d2a\u6c34\u9810\u8b66\uff08Flood Watch\uff09\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u9810\u5831\u5929\u6c23\u53ef\u80fd\u5f15\u767c\u6d2a\u6c34\u7684\u300c\u9810\u5148\u63d0\u9192\u300d\u7684\u65e9\u671f\u5efa\u8b70\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SES \u8207\u8a72\u5c40\u4e0d\u592a\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u8a72\u5340\u57df\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\u6d2a\u6c34\u5f71\u97ff\u6642\u767c\u5e03\u5177\u9ad4\u7684\u7576\u5730\u8b66\u5831\u3002\u8a72\u5340\u57df\u5167\u6c92\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u6c34\u9053\u7684\u6b63\u5f0f\u9810\u8b66\u7d1a\u5225\u3002<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u96e8\u91cf\u89c0\u6e2c <\/strong>\u5fb7\u7f57\u91cc\u6069 (Deloraine) \u9435\u8def\u6a4b\u3001\u91d1\u91cc\u5947 (Kimberley) \u548c\u5fb7\u6587\u6e2f (Devonport) \u6a5f\u5834\u4ee5\u53ca\u9644\u8fd1\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u96e8\u91cf\u8a08\u53ef\u4ee5\u986f\u793a\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u9810\u8b66\u6642\u9593\u975e\u5e38\u77ed\uff0c\u6700\u597d\u6839\u64da\u6c23\u8c61\u5c40 (BoM) \u7684\u9810\u6e2c\u6027\u8b66\u544a\u63a1\u53d6\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u5728\u964d\u96e8\u671f\u9593\u7b49\u5f85\u4efb\u4f55\u6d2a\u6c34\u8b66\u5831\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u964d\u96e8\u53ef\u80fd\u5728\u4ee5\u4e0b\u95be\u503c\u958b\u59cb\u5f71\u97ff\u8a72\u5340\u57df\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a>25-30\u6beb\u7c73\u7684\u6642\u96e8\u91cf<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90-145\u6beb\u7c73\u7684\u964d\u96e8\u91cf\u572812-24\u5c0f\u6642\u5167<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>160-230\u6beb\u7c73\u7684\u964d\u96e8\u91cf\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c48-72\u5c0f\u6642<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7570\u5e38\u9ad8\u7684\u6f6e\u6c50\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u9b6f\u6bd4\u5b54\u6cb3\u6cb3\u53e3\u9644\u8fd1\u65af\u6ce2\u7279\u7d22\u96f7\u723e\u6c34\u9053\u6cbf\u5cb8\u4f4e\u7aaa\u6cbf\u6d77\u5730\u5340\u767c\u751f\u6d2a\u6c34\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9019 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bom.gov.au\/products\/IDR523.loop.shtml\">\u897f\u5854\u6208\u6069<\/a> \u5373\u6642\u4e86\u89e3\u5f37\u964d\u96e8\u7684\u767c\u751f\u4f4d\u7f6e\u662f\u6709\u5e6b\u52a9\u7684\u3002\u96f7\u9054\u4f30\u8a08\u7684\u964d\u96e8\u91cf\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u586b\u88dc\u6c92\u6709\u96e8\u91cf\u7ad9\u7684\u5730\u5340\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u7a7a\u7f3a\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2
