In Geilston Bay, Flooding in Faggs Gully Creek could cut<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Geilston Bay Road, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geilston Creek Rd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The maps in this guide show the level of flooding that has a 1% chance of happening any year from waterways and direct rainfall flooding. Intense rainfall can cause flash flooding. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You are likely to experience flooding such as that shown in the maps in your lifetime. Tasmanians need to prepare for flood events that may not happen often as well as the minor flooding they may have experienced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if your home is not inundated, you should prepare for isolation plus potential power and telecommunications outages. The Tasman Highway may be cut at Warrane and Mornington. Depending on where the rain falls and how heavy it is,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>South Arm Highway<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rokeby Road, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>South Arm Road<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>may also be impassable, as well as minor roads and streets. Travel in the area is likely to be difficult or impossible until roads are clear.&nbsp; If you are safe at home or elsewhere, it is usually best you stay where you are until the flooding subsides, unless there is an emergency. If you need to evacuate, you should leave early, before flood waters rise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Listen to ABC local radio 936AM for warnings and advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u60a8\u6709\u6d2a\u6c34\u98a8\u96aa\u55ce\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There have been flooding events in this area. In 2011 very heavy rain brought widespread flash flooding. Areas behind beach dunes, such as Bellerive Beach and Howrah Beach have often flooded, such as reported in The Mercury in 1953. As soon as an incident is reported, TasALERT publishes information including the type and location of incident.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n<p>\u66f4\u591a\u8cc7\u8a0a\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ses.tas.gov.au\/zh_hk\/warnings\/\">www.ses.tas.gov.au\/warnings\/<\/a> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Floods like the one shown in the map, or worse, will occur again. No two floods are the same.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u4f4e\u7aaa\u5730\u5340\u6216\u9760\u8fd1\u6c34\u9053\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u6df9\u6c92\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u60a8\u7684\u4f4f\u6240\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u60a8\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u7e5e\u904e\u6df9\u6c34\u5730\u5340\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u60a8\u7684\u9053\u8def\u901a\u884c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u963b\u65b7\u3002\u5207\u52ff\u99d5\u8eca\u9032\u5165\u6216\u8eab\u8655\u6d2a\u6c34\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002\u9053\u8def\u548c\u6a4b\u6a11\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u6c96\u6bc0\u6216\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u6d2a\u6c34\u671f\u9593\u8acb\u907f\u514d\u51fa\u884c\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u77e5\u9053\u8a72\u600e\u9ebc\u505a\u53ef\u4ee5\u62ef\u6551\u4f60\u7684\u751f\u547d\u4e26\u4fdd\u8b77\u4f60\u7684\u8ca1\u7522\u3002\u5236\u5b9a\u5bb6\u5ead\u7dca\u6025\u8a08\u756b\u662f\u6700\u597d\u7684\u6e96\u5099\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u6c7a\u5b9a\u5929\u6c23\u548c\u964d\u96e8\u7684\u89f8\u767c\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u63a1\u53d6\u884c\u52d5\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6d2a\u6c34\u6c34\u4f4d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5118\u7ba1\u6c92\u6709\u5169\u6b21\u6d2a\u6c34\u662f\u5b8c\u5168\u76f8\u540c\u7684\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u63cf\u8ff0\u4e86\u8a72\u5730\u5340\u4e0d\u540c\u6d2a\u6c34\u7d1a\u5225\u4e0b\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u9047\u5230\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u60a8\u7684\u623f\u7522\u6c92\u6709\u88ab\u6df9\u6c92\uff0c\u60a8\u4e5f\u9700\u8981\u8003\u616e\u9032\u51fa\u554f\u984c\u3002\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u964d\u96e8\u5f37\u5ea6\u3001\u6642\u9577\u3001\u4e8b\u5148\u5730\u9762\u6fd5\u6f64\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4ee5\u53ca\u964d\u96e8\u5730\u9ede\u90fd\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u6d2a\u6c34\u7684\u767c\u751f\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5c0f\u7bc4\u570d\u6df9\u6c34<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A minor flood can inundate low lying parkland, gardens, orchards and paddocks. Stock and equipment should be moved. There may be some flooding across low-lying minor roads. Stormwater systems may block and cause isolated areas of flooding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u4e2d\u5ea6\u6d2a\u6c34<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is more extensive flooding of streets and parks and some buildings may be impacted to above floor height. Some properties may be isolated for a few hours as minor roads become flooded. The carpark of the Eastlands Shopping Centre may begin to flood, and properties and sports fields along Kangaroo Bay Rivulet may flood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Near Bellerive Beach and Howrah Beach, flash flooding may occur, especially at high tide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u56b4\u91cd\u6d2a\u6c34<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When major flooding occurs, extensive urban and rural areas are inundated. Many buildings \u2013 houses, businesses and facilities &#8211; may be affected above floor level, major traffic routes will be closed and areas will be isolated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Major flooding in this area could include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>In Warrane and Rosny Park, the Kangaroo Bay Rivulet would flood nearby properties, the Eastlands Shopping Centre and the sports facilities south of Rosny Hill Road<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In Bellerive, and to a lesser extent Howrah, properties close to the beach would be flooded if the rain falls directly on these areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geilston Bay Rd, Rosny Hill Rd and parts of the Tasman Highway would flood and impassable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other locations may flood depending on where the rain falls and how Flood Mapping (TSFM) project. You can explore this data with the Flood Hazard Data layers on <a href=\"\/zh_hk\/www.thelist.tas.gov.au\/\">www.thelist.tas.gov.au<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Clarence City Council has detailed flood studies for these areas, see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ccc.tas.gov.au\/living\/your%20neighbourhood\/flooding\/\">https:\/\/www.ccc.tas.gov.au\/living\/your neighbourhood\/flooding\/<\/a>. CCC data includes climate change projections, shows flooding at more shallow depths and therefore the flood extents are considerably different and generally larger, than the TSFM extents shown in the maps below. This data is based on rainfall averages from the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u514d\u8cac\u8072\u660e<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The maps show potential flooding risks from consistent levels of rainfall across catchments, such as a 1% Annual Exceedance Probability (AEP).&nbsp; In flooding events, rainfall is likely to be more inconsistent across a catchment, so these flood maps should be considered indicative only.&nbsp; The mapped areas of flood risk show higher probability of inundation.
