<\/figure>\n\n\n\n\u82e5\u8981\u66f4\u8a73\u7d30\u5730\u67e5\u770b\u5730\u5716\uff0c, \u67e5\u770b\u5854\u65af\u99ac\u5c3c\u4e9e\u7b56\u7565\u6027\u6d2a\u6c34\u5716<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In a major flood, this area could be widely affected by<\/p>\n\n\n\n Flooding from rivers and waterways (riverine flooding) would only impact parts of<\/p>\n\n\n\n The coastline of this area may be affected by<\/p>\n\n\n\n This could happen during heavy rain and add to other flooding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Houses along Acton Creek and between the golf course and Seven Mile Beach Rd are at risk of flooding. The corner of Seven Mile Beach Road and Estate Drive may flood from direct rainfall. Other areas at risk of direct rainfall flooding include<\/p>\n\n\n\n The maps in this guide show the level of flooding that has a 1% chance of happening any year from both rivers and direct rainfall flooding (known as 1% annual exceedance probability, or AEP). You are likely to experience flooding such as that shown in the maps in your lifetime. Tasmanians need to prepare for flood events that may not happen often, as well as the minor flooding they may have experienced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Clarence City Council has flood mapping across this area that includes the modelled effects of climate change. You can see it online at www.ccc.tas.gov.au\/living\/your-neighbourhood\/flooding\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Even if your home is not at risk of flooding, you should prepare for isolation plus potential power and telecommunications outages. Depending on where the rain falls and how heavy it is, local and major roads may be impassable. For example, Seven Mile Beach Road may be flooded by Acton Creek, and Acton Road may see flash flooding. Travel in the area is likely to be difficult or impossible until roads are clear. If you are safe at home or elsewhere, it is usually best you stay where you are until the flooding subsides, unless there is an emergency. If you need to evacuate, you should leave early, before flood waters rise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Listen to ABC local radio 936AM for warnings and advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The most serious flood in recent history was in June of 1974. June of 2011 also saw serious flooding in this area. Damaging storms and tides have also been recorded. In July 2011 tides and winds caused flooding and damage in Lauderdale and Roches Beach. This kind of weather may be more common in the future due to increased average temperatures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u50cf\u5716\u4e2d\u6240\u793a\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\uff0c\u6216\u66f4\u7cdf\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u518d\u6b21\u767c\u751f\u3002\u6c92\u6709\u5169\u6b21\u6d2a\u6c34\u662f\u5b8c\u5168\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5c45\u4f4f\u5728\u4f4e\u7aaa\u5730\u5340\u6216\u9760\u8fd1\u6c34\u9053\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u6df9\u6c92\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u60a8\u7684\u4f4f\u6240\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u60a8\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u7e5e\u904e\u6df9\u6c34\u5730\u5340\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u60a8\u7684\u9053\u8def\u901a\u884c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u963b\u65b7\u3002\u5207\u52ff\u99d5\u8eca\u9032\u5165\u6216\u8eab\u8655\u6d2a\u6c34\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002\u9053\u8def\u548c\u6a4b\u6a11\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u88ab\u6c96\u6bc0\u6216\u4e0d\u5b89\u5168\u3002\u6d2a\u6c34\u671f\u9593\u8acb\u907f\u514d\u51fa\u884c\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n \u77e5\u9053\u8a72\u600e\u9ebc\u505a\u53ef\u4ee5\u62ef\u6551\u4f60\u7684\u751f\u547d\u4e26\u4fdd\u8b77\u4f60\u7684\u8ca1\u7522\u3002\u5236\u5b9a\u5bb6\u5ead\u7dca\u6025\u8a08\u756b\u662f\u6700\u597d\u7684\u6e96\u5099\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u6c7a\u5b9a\u5929\u6c23\u548c\u964d\u96e8\u7684\u89f8\u767c\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u63a1\u53d6\u884c\u52d5\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The maps in this plan show data from the Tasmanian Strategic Flood Mapping (TSFM) project. You can explore this data with the Flood Hazard Data layers on www.thelist.tas.gov.au<\/a>. Clarence City Council has detailed flood studies for these areas, see www.ccc.tas.gov.au\/living\/your neighbourhood\/flooding\/<\/a>. CCC data includes climate change projections, shows flooding at more shallow depths and therefore the flood extents are considerably different and generally larger, than the TSFM extents shown in the maps below. This data is based on rainfall averages from the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u672c\u5c40\u767c\u4f48 \u6d2a\u6c34\u8b66\u62a5\u3001\u6076\u52a3\u5929\u6c14\u8b66\u62a5\u548c\/\u6216\u96f7\u66b4\u8b66\u62a5\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u56e0\u5f3a\u964d\u96e8\u5f15\u53d1\u5c71\u6d2a\u66b4\u53d1 <\/strong>\u6bcf\u7576 \u5927\u96e8 <\/strong>\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5728\u67d0\u500b\u5340\u57df\u51fa\u73fe\u3002\u5f9e\u767c\u5e03\u9810\u8b66\u5230\u8c6a\u96e8\u767c\u751f\u7684\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5f9e\u4e00\u5c0f\u6642\u5230\u4e8c\u5341\u56db\u5c0f\u6642\u4e0d\u7b49\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There are no formal flood warning levels for waterways in this area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u96e8\u91cf\u89c0\u6e2c <\/strong>at Hobart Airport, Hobart, Clifton Beach and other nearby rain gauges can indicate possible flood risks. Given the very short warning times, it is best to act on the predictive BoM warnings rather than wait for any flood alerts during rainfall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u9019 Mt Koonya Radar<\/a> is useful to be aware in real-time where heavy rainfall is falling.
