There is likely to be a flood that causes significant damage in the area at least once in your lifetime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When there is heavy intense rain the Sandy Bay Rivulet can flood low-lying roadways and properties around<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lower Waterworks Road\/ Lynton Avenue\/ Davey Place<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bottom of Pillinger Street\/ Digney Street\/ Fitzroy Place to Regent Street<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sandy Bay Road near Dr Syntax \/ Jersey St area \/ Osborne St area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quayle Street \/ Balmoral Street area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marieville Esplanade and waterside areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Other minor waterways or overland flow can impact<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lower Duke Street\/ Sandy Bay Road \/ Margaret Street area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proctors Road\/ UTAS Sandy Bay Campus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lambert Rivulet surrounds,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sandy Bay Road between Derwent Water Avenue and Ethelmont Road<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lower Sandy Bay \/ Sandown Park\/ Nutgrove area<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sandy Bay Road to the north of Cartright Reserve<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Parts of Hobart are prone to flash flooding, depending on how rain falls across kunanyi\/ Mount Wellington. This means there can be little warning before waterways flood.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There can also be stormwater run-off in other places if there is heavy rain. This can be difficult to predict.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Areas near the waterfront are also affected by tides and coastal inundation, especially around Marieville Esplanade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Flooding can isolate properties for a short time, depending on where the rain falls and how heavy it is. Even if your home is not flooded you should prepare for<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>isolation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6f5b\u5728\u7684\u96fb\u529b\u548c\u96fb\u4fe1\u4e2d\u65b7\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Waterways in the area are short, so flooding is likely to be for hours rather than days after rain stops. If you are safe at home or elsewhere, it is usually best to stay where you are until the flooding subsides. There was 236mm of rain on Kunanyi\/ Mount Wellington in 24 hours.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1960\u5e744\u6708\uff0d3\u5929\u5167\u964d\u96e8\u91cf\u7d04200\u6beb\u7c73\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u8377\u5df4\u7279\u5730\u5340\u5ee3\u6cdb\u640d\u58de\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1947\u5e746\u6708 - \u5169\u6b21\u7368\u7acb\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\u4e8b\u4ef6\u5f71\u97ff\u4e86\u8377\u5df4\u7279\u5730\u5340\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u6211\u61c9\u8a72\u505a\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6aa2\u67e5\u5730\u5716\u4ee5\u4e86\u89e3\u60a8\u7684\u623f\u5c4b\u6216\u4f01\u696d\u662f\u5426\u9762\u81e8\u6d2a\u6c34\u98a8\u96aa\u3002\u5982\u679c\u5b58\u5728\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u60a8\u61c9\u8a72\u5236\u5b9a\u4e00\u4efd\u5728\u6d2a\u6c34\u671f\u9593\u64a4\u96e2\u7684\u8a08\u5283\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6aa2\u67e5\u60a8\u5728\u6d2a\u6c34\u671f\u9593\u662f\u5426\u80fd\u5920\u5b89\u5168\u5730\u5f80\u8fd4\u5bb6\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u5730\u9ede\u6216\u5b78\u6821\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u6d2a\u6c34\u671f\u9593\u9700\u8981\u96e2\u958b\uff0c\u8acb\u78ba\u4fdd\u60a8\u7684\u8def\u7dda\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u6216\u5728\u6d2a\u6c34\u4e0a\u6f32\u524d\u63d0\u65e9\u96e2\u958b\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u6d2a\u6c34\u671f\u9593\u9700\u8981\u64a4\u96e2\uff0c\u8acb\u78ba\u4fdd\u60a8\u7684\u8def\u7dda\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u4e26\u8003\u616e\uff1a<ul><li>\u4f60\u6703\u53bb\u54ea\u88e1<\/li><\/ul><ul><li>\u4f60\u8a72\u5982\u4f55\u5230\u9054\u90a3\u88e1<\/li><\/ul>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u4f60\u9700\u8981\u5e36\u4ec0\u9ebc\u3002.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u6e96\u5099\u60a8\u7684\u4f4f\u5b85\u6216\u5546\u696d\u5834\u6240\uff0c\u4ee5\u76e1\u91cf\u6e1b\u5c11\u6f5b\u5728\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\u640d\u5bb3\u3002.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ses.tas.gov.au\/zh_hk\/plan-prepare\/\">\u6e96\u5099\u4e00\u4efd\u5bb6\u5ead\u7dca\u6025\u9810\u6848<\/a>. \u770b&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/d2tv960yzi0spr.cloudfront.net\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Get-Ready-Emergency_Digital_7-Oct-2024-ART.pdf\">\u70ba\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\u505a\u597d\u6e96\u5099<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 \u500b\u4eba\u53ca\u5bb6\u5ead\u70ba\u7dca\u6025\u60c5\u6cc1\u505a\u6e96\u5099\u7684\u6307\u5357 .&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u8a72\u5730\u5340\u8a2d\u6709\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u60a8\u61c9\u8a72\u5236\u5b9a\u4e00\u9805\u5305\u542b\u6d2a\u6c34\u61c9\u5c0d\u8a08\u5283\u3002Business Tasmania \u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u4f9b\u5354\u52a9\u2014\u2014\u8acb\u53c3\u95b1 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.business.tas.gov.au\/managing\/risk_management\">www.business.tas.gov.au\/managing\/risk_management<\/a> . &nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u5728\u6d2a\u6c34\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u524d\u5f80 <a href=\"https:\/\/alert.tas.gov.au\/\">TasALERT.com<\/a> \u6216\u6536\u807d ABC \u672c\u5730\u96fb\u53f0\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e86\u89e3\u758f\u6563\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u907f\u96e3\u5730\u9ede\u3002.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TasALERT\u2019s risk ready tool also lets you check your property\u2019s exposure to a range of hazards. See alert.tas.gov.au\/get-ready\/risk-ready\/<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u50cf\u5730\u5716\u4e0a\u986f\u793a\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u66f4\u7cdf\u7684\u6d2a\u6c34\uff0c\u5c07\u6703\u518d\u6b21\u767c\u751f\u3002\u6c92\u6709\u5169\u6b21\u6d2a\u6c34\u662f\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>If you live in a low-lying area or near a watercourse, your house may flood. Even if your home is safe, you may need to detour around flooded areas or your road access may be cut.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Never drive into or enter flood waters. Roads and bridges may be washed out or unsafe. Avoid travel during floods.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u77e5\u9053\u8a72\u600e\u9ebc\u505a\u53ef\u4ee5\u62ef\u6551\u4f60\u7684\u751f\u547d\u4e26\u4fdd\u8b77\u4f60\u7684\u8ca1\u7522\u3002\u5236\u5b9a\u5bb6\u5ead\u7dca\u6025\u8a08\u756b\u662f\u6700\u597d\u7684\u6e96\u5099\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u6c7a\u5b9a\u5929\u6c23\u548c\u964d\u96e8\u7684\u89f8\u767c\u689d\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u63a1\u53d6\u884c\u52d5\u3002.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure href=\"http:\/\/www.bom.gov.au\/tas\/\">www.bom.gov.au\/tas\/<\/a> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9019 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bom.gov.au\/products\/IDR763.loop.shtml#skip\">\u5eab\u5c3c\u4e9e\u5c71\u96f7\u9054<\/a> \u80fd\u5920\u770b\u5230\u4f55\u6642\u4f55\u5730\u767c\u751f\u5f37\u964d\u96e8\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u7528\u3002.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u4e86\u89e3\u8b66\u544a\u548c\u95dc\u9375\u8cc7\u8a0a<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u96a8\u6642\u7559\u610f\u5468\u906d\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002\u5b9a\u671f\u67e5\u770b\u5929\u6c23\u9810\u5831\u3001\u89c0\u6e2c\u6578\u64da\u548c\u8b66\u5831\u3002.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul
