Parts of South Hobart is subject to flooding from the Hobart Rivulet. You are likely to experience a flood of this size at least once in your lifetime. See Hobart City Council’s flood mapping<\/a> in more detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Like most of Hobart, South Hobart prone to flash flooding so there is often very little warning. As well as riverine flooding, there is also likely to be stormwater run-off.
