This is a significant step in implementing the TFES reforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Upon implementation, the TFES Bill 2026 will replace the existing Fire Service Act 1979 and regulations. Amendments to the Emergency Management Act 2006 regarding the functions of the SES will also be required.
