National Emergency Volunteer Support FundThe
National Emergency Volunteer Support Fund (NEVSF) is aimed at boosting the
recruitment, retention, skills and training of volunteer organisations at
the frontline of emergency management. Eligibility
Grants are available under the National Emergency Volunteer Support Fund to member agencies of the Australian Emergency Management Volunteer Forum (AEMVF) and any volunteer agencies that have a defined role in Tasmanian emergency management or recovery plans.Eligible
Projects
Priority
will be given to projects submitted by agencies which seek funding for
particular strategies that enhance recruitment, retention and training of
volunteers in emergency management agencies. Applications for funding of
capital equipment will also be considered. It
is acceptable for the proposal to be a clearly identified element of some
other ongoing project; however, the intended outputs of that element of
the project funded through the NEVSF must be specifically measurable. Projects previously funded under the programme may be viewed at the link below. Comprehensive details about the

read these before completing the Application Form. Both the Guidelines and the Application Form may be downloaded below. Reporting Obligations All successful grant recipients are required to complete the respective reports listed below. This includes all outstanding projects from former financial years.
